Sephym — all-in-one business software

I created Sephym from A to Z, on my own — product, design, frontend, backend, tests and DevOps. It brings the twelve tools a small business juggles every day — bookings, invoicing, point of sale, tasks, team chat and analytics — into a single subscription and a single, fast interface.

The problem

A small hotel, a home-care nurse or a bakery typically pays for five to ten different tools: one for bookings, one for invoices, a spreadsheet for planning, a chat app, a cash register… None of them talk to each other, so the same data gets typed again and again.

The goal of Sephym: one workspace where every module shares the same data, so a booking creates its own invoice and a sale updates the stock — with results visible within minutes of signing up.

Twelve modules, one experience

Each module fits into the others. A message in the chat becomes a task, a task becomes an invoice, and everything flows into real-time dashboards.

  • Booking — full PMS with calendar, Booking.com & Airbnb channels, arrivals and dynamic pricing
  • Invoices — quotes, invoices, credit notes, reminders and Factur-X e-invoicing
  • Stock & POS — NF525-compliant cash register, inventory and batches
  • Manage — kanban boards, planning and team follow-up
  • Field — on-site interventions, time tracking and contracts
  • Stats — real-time dashboards, widgets and exports
  • Chat & voice — channels, private groups, direct messages and voice rooms
  • Community — team forums with votes, moderation and a wiki
  • Place — a 3D virtual office with positional voice

Built end to end, by one person

I designed and built every layer of Sephym myself: product and UX design, the Nuxt frontend, the backend, APIs and database, Stripe billing, automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, deployment and production monitoring.

The interface is a Nuxt application with a premium design system: light and dark themes, six accent colours, glass or solid sidebars and an anti-flash boot script so the right theme appears on the very first frame.

The marketing site is server-rendered and optimised for French-language SEO, while the app itself feels instant thanks to optimistic updates, real-time sync and carefully tuned loading states.

Compliance and business model

Built for the French market from day one: NF525 cash register, Factur-X invoices, GDPR compliance and hosting in France.

The pricing is deliberately simple — a free personal workspace with every module, then a Premium plan per seat for teams, with secure payments handled by Stripe.
